    1. Thank you! The Chihuly exhibit is a stunning mixture of smooth glass and spiky plants. A brilliant combination. 🌈🌵💖 haha! Smooth and spiky might also describe your creative thought processes. 🤔🤓🥸💭😂

  1. So much beauty to appreciate…your photography, the Sonoran Desert, interesting botanical glass artworks, and, most of all, a lovely desert rose donning black attire! 🌞🌹 Have a great day, Michele.

    1. How wonderful! Thank you for sharing your board, Kym. Quite a collection. Incredible art. 🤩 I am amazed by the entire process… from creation to installation and to see the glass in the sunlight is spectacular. Thank you! 🤗💖

      1. Oh girl, I am sure it is a spectacular sight indeed. Glass sculptures illuminated by light is mesmerizing and rather angelic! Chihuly’s work is beyond amazing. I am simply awestruck by his work, even in spite of working with one eye. Thanks for sharing your artistic experience with us, my Dancing Queen!!! 👑🩰👸🏼

      2. He is amazing. 👨🏻‍🎨 I am sure he has an army of people working for him. Sammi took glass blowing at the start of her college career. I was able to watch her work. Very cool! I have a few of her pieces. Bonus! Thank you, Kym. You are a doll!

    1. Can we please go back in time a few years, and will you join my honors classroom? 😁 What a wonderful student you would be/you are! Actually, I learn more from you – the best kind of student! You offer enriching thoughts that broaden my perspectives on what I have presented. My eyes do gravitate toward movement, even in things that are (seemingly) standing still. Life is a constant flow of motion and emotion. Wonderful! Thank you, writer Jaya. ❤️

    1. Oh, how I would love that! What a treat! It is hard to fathom the work involved in shipping and setting up these displays, then add an international location. Wow, that must take an army of people. 😅 My pleasure. Thank you, Anne, for visiting and sharing your Chihuly experience.

    1. Magnificent glass art shining brilliantly during a glorious sunny day. Thank you, Pragalbha, for enjoying the artistic scenes with me. 😍 I do love dancing my way through life, so how apropos of you to have those lovely thoughts. 🙏🏻I do often think and write about my “shadow” and when the lighting is just so in my dance space, I am entertained by my dancing partner, my shadow. 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏻Thank you for commenting on that. 😊

    1. A splendid scenario for a picture-perfect day! A few clouds, blue skies, beautiful glass, and a gorgeous garden. It is probably prettier now, I imagine, with more things blooming. I was there a few weeks ago. Thank you very much! Hope your St. Patrick’s Day was enjoyable, with more joy to follow. 🌞

  2. We visited the Chihuly exhibit at the base of the Space Needle in Seattle. But seeing the sculptures outdoors is even more amazing. They did have some sculptures outside of the building in Seattle. The muted colours of the desert enhance the beauty of the glass shapes and colours. Thanks for sharing Michele.

    1. That sounds cool too! You are right, seeing the sculptures outdoors, especially in the evening with lights, is spectacular, as you can see and imagine. Great point… it is a lovely contrast, for several reasons. Thank you for visiting and sharing your feedback.

  3. Michele, these are wonderful artistic works with so much beauty! The sunlight illuminates the colored glass sculptures in a very fascinating way.🌞🌹 They give the impression of being from a completely different world or like something out of a fairy tale.
    I really like it.
Michele, I wish you all the best! 😊💕Stay happy!
