I will keep skating and perhaps this time next year I will be posting Roller Derby videos! 😂 Thanks again to trE at Cornered Gurl for being an early inspiration for this fun fit gathering and to blogger Belladonna for adding some energetic spirit to this challenge. 🙌🏻 I also want to thank my daughter, Sammi, for collaborating with me on the prize side (two winners announced tomorrow).

Although I will not be a regular host of blog challenges, I’ve had a wonderful time and greatly appreciate everyone’s contribution. A variety of examples have been shared, from gardening to DIY projects, to digging and more! Thank you!

Little did I know weeks ago when I offered this up that this would also be the week I would be wrapping up my novella before forwarding my first draft to my editor. That’s the way life goes sometimes! I am grateful for all of it! 💖

    1. I was surprised! Especially since I ordered the cheapest pair. Sometimes life offers up little delights. 😁 Would have loved those as a kid.       1. Oh girlfriend, you are a true gem full of awesomeness to the 12th power. Michele, all I have to say is your skates are off the chain. I would have loved those as a kid, but of course my skates back then were the metal ones that you adjusted to your sneakers with a key! LOL 😂😝🤣 Oh the good ole days. But I am so loving those lights as a big kid now! Love your spirit! 😊✨🥰

  10. I could never skate, balance was a thing. I even had a knee board skateboard. Sorry I didn’t get to contribute Michele 🥰
    Speaking and skating!!! At least I am able to chew gum and walk 😂😂

  22. Oh I love you had some people that took you up on it Michele! Believe it or not, I made one for you t today but it was only a picture and haiku. I finally got on the lake and went Kayaking. Before that, I didn’t have the brain power to entertain it. It was a fun creative endeavor.
    I know you know with your Novella coming out.. Congratulations!!! 🥰

      1. It really was lovely Michele and I agree! Such a wonderful group of people. Oh it was so lovely and I finally had some blank space for creativity and I jumped in and thought of you and your prompt…and funny cuz I didn’t know you were on the screen until later the next day.
