Night falls, dreams rise ~ Part II

Night falls (Part I)

Dreams rise (Part II)

In dresses stitched with stardust sequins, Venus and I twirled through the heavens while the winking moon hypnotized us with his sensual tunes.

A suspended asteroid, formed from dense iron and glimmers of gold, became our pool when we discovered its most precious compound: water. Our bodies cooled when we splashed in our reflections.

Our thirst quenched when we swallowed the water’s secrets: a mixture of mystery and madness.

Hands clasped, we smiled at each other, then dove toward our familiar spiral. Falling faster and faster we plunged, racing with light. Our sequins sparked by a flung flare, turning us into shooting stars captured by thousands of telescopes: a stargazer’s delight.

We laughed. We had everything to feel and nothing to fear. The universe had shared volumes of information, leading to one grand conclusion: death is an illusion. Our laughter rippled through dimensions, altering time and direction.

We fell into our bodies: hers spinning, mine sleeping.

Thank you for visiting and reading. Be well. 🌠 Michele

I LOVED this post–the visual effects were splendid and I loved the alliteration. I’m not big into astronomy, but you helped me see it in a light I identify with. Thanks for this “space exploration.”

    1. Thank you, Heather! 😊 Sometimes the most meaningful messages show up in short form. Let’s thank the heavens for that one. Thank heavens! 😁 Tuck away (love that). Hope it’s there when you most need it. Feel free to give it away too. 🤗 Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Slathered? That’s the R-Rated version my G-Rated girl. 😂 A beautiful and intuitive comment… I did fall into a dreamy trance with this one. ✍🏻💓 I was out walking under that moon last night, perhaps I really did twirl through the cosmos with the Goddess of Love. 💖 How dreamy! 💫 Thank you, Kymbelina. 🧚🏽‍♀️😊😘
